Schon zu Beginn meines Schuldienstes habe ich das enorme Potenzial von Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte als Ressource im Bildungssystem erkannt: Viele Lehrerinnen f\u00fchlen sich mit Problemen im schulischen Kontext alleingelassen, f\u00fchlen sich \u00fcberfordert in Eltern- und Beratungsgespr\u00e4chen und nehmen ihre Rolle als F\u00fchrungskraft kaum oder nur unzureichend wahr.<\/span>
Da das Bildungssystem nicht Ressourcen st\u00e4rkend ist, verk\u00fcmmern Potenziale bei Sch\u00fclerinnen, weil diese weder erkannt noch gef\u00f6rdert werden. <\/span><\/p>\n
Ich m\u00f6chte mich daf\u00fcr starkmachen, dass dieser wichtige Aspekt mehr Beachtung und Bedeutung in Schule findet.
